VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND!!! I have rear drums on my car. Joe at the shop looked at our brakes and then showed us what we needed done. He was very professional and courteous. Even when I took the car back to the shop as the front brakes continued to squeak even after the 500 mile break in period, Joe was friendly and kind. You definitely have my recommendation.
