I'm 54 with a deceased husband and father and didn't have an experienced mechanic to give me advice. I feel as though I was NOT ripped off and I was NOT taken advantage of. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! JJ and Darren were outstanding! JJ took my car in immediately, explained and showed me what was going on, drove me back to work, called me with additional information and picked me up after the car was done. I couldn't ask for anything more (except a better car). This is great customer service. Thanks!
