Libya is marking three months of civil conflict following an uprising against the regime headed by Moamer Kadhafi. Unlike in neighbouing countries Egypt and Tunisia, pro-democracy demonstrations has not yet resulted in political change and both government troops and the rebels are settled in for a war of attrition.
