Does Guru take over reins of our life once we are initiated?

I am your obedient dikshak kishore, would like to clear my understanding, for it is said once a person takes diksha or naam - initiation, his life's act is transferred to his Guru & that kaal- death God, doesn't come into the picture once you have a Guru -- is it true? Secondly, read in a book that there are different types of gurus, just as we have different calibre teachers for school & college. Is it also true that all gurus can't take you to the final door Sachkhand. Gurumaa: Kishore, No.1: Dont write ever that you are my obedient dikshak, dikshit - initiated person. Because you have never asked me what my order is for you & when I havent ordered you anything, then how can you say that you are obeying my orders & now you are obedient also. No.2: Your actions do not get transferred to your diksha Guru. What ever you do you bear the fruits & dont put your all the garbage on the Guru & feel that Guru is like a donkey who is going to bear all your garbage of your karmas. Well, that doesnt happen. Secondly, what you have said about different types of Gurus, yes, it is true. Suchak, Boodak, Vihit, Nishihid these are few types of the gurus which has been listed in the Sakand Puran & part of that Sakand Puran is called Guru Gita. I have just finished the whole commentary of the Guru Gita, do get that videos & soon it would be out in book but that may take a year or so. Listen to that then you will come to know what kind of Gurus exists as per our scriptures. Last thing: I have never ever said that there is a Sachkand and entrance to Sachkand would happen via me, I havent said that. I dont know from where & how you have picked up this information.
