Thousands of derby ducks were released Saturday, April 30 at the Wild Adventures water park to help raise money for the Second Harvest of South Georgia. This year, the Second Harvest received sponsorship for about 6,000 derby ducks. The Derby Duck contest is the primary fundraiser for the Second Harvest of South Georgia each year.
