ALLOWS FOR HONEST FEEDBACK...!!! One thing I really like about Massage Envy in Atlanta is that the receptionist area is different from the therapist area. The therapists only pick you up and drop you off. This way they aren't hanging around when you get your tip ready. Also, it allows you to give honest feedback about your therapist if you feel the need to.
