PERSONAL SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT! Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge personal service was excellant-received tour of the facility while I waited for my rep. On Tues. AM i had to be dropped off at 6:45AM and was pleasantly surprised to find the doors open and people already working so I could stay indoors in the waiting area intil 7:00 am when I could pick up my vehicle. Completely Satisfied.
WE ARE GOING BACK TO GRAPEVINE DODGE!! Completely Satisfied. We had been going to a different Chrysler dealer, but haven't been too happy with them and decided to try Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We were very satisfied and plan on going to Grapevine Dodge for any future service issues.
THEY FIXED OUR CAR WHEN NOBODY ELSE COULD!! Completely Satisfied. Andrew did a great job getting our car fixed, when other Chysler Jeep service departments couldn't or wouldn't in the past.
