Hi, I'm Linda with Fitness 19. I'm going to show you how to do the Back Extension. You're going to have your feet flat on the pads. You're working your low back, you're working your glutes, and you're going to be working your Hamstrings. You put your hands across the chest. You go all the way down. Come back up. Make sure you don't arch your back. Go all the way back down. If you happen to have weights, if you're in a gym, you can take the weights. Put it across your chest, bring it up for little bit of more resistance, all the way down. Here again try to do 2 sets of 12 to 15 repetitions. And that's how you do the Back Extension.
