Starting with your right arm, you're going to use your left palm to bend your right palm back, straight out infront. This is going to stretch in a long way right here through the Bicep. You're going to hold that for bout 20 seconds before gently releasing and switching sides. And that's just an easy simple Bicep Stretch.
