Hi, I'm Linda with Fitness 19. I'm going to show you how to do a Squat with the Vertical Barbell. We're doing adding 10 pounds to the Barbell. It itself weighs 45 pounds. You're going to hold it just like this, go down in a 90 degree angle. Back up on your toes. All the way back down. You're working your Quads, your Glutes, your Hamstrings, and your calves by going up. You're going to want to do at least 12 to 15 repetitions, 2 sets. Go all the way down, and back up. And that's how you do the Squat.
