How to Make a Saint Brooklyn Cocktail - part of the exotic cocktails video series by GeoBeats.

Hey there, I'm Jace, bartending over here at The Fifth Estate in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I'm here to teach you how to make one of our Spring cocktails, and that is the Saint Brooklyn Cocktail. So first off we're going to start of with a rocks glass and fill it with ice. So while this is chilling we're going to build our cocktail. What's nice about this is that the base is beer. We happen to be using Brooklyn Lager, 'cause we're out here in Brooklyn, but it's a nice Spring drink. So we're going to use about a third of the bottle. We'll drop that in there. Alright, and then we're going to use a half ounce of Chambord which is a raspberry liqueur. We'll do a half ounce of that. Drop it there. Now we're going to use an ounce of Saint Germain, and that's this guy right here and it's an elderflower liqueur, very sweet. Get an ounce, and drop it in. Next we fill it with ice. Get that going. And then instead of shaking it, because its beer in there, it will ruin the drink, we're just going to tumble it from right to left and strain it over your glass. And garnish it with an orange. There you go, this is our Saint Brooklyn Cocktail.
