Ingredients- 5-6 tomatoes diced 1 cup spaghetti cooked 1 cup tomato puree 2 cloves of garlic chopped 1 onion chopped 1/2 cup water 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp sugar 4-5 basil leaves 2 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add the bay leaf,garlic,onions and mix well. Add the finely chopped tomatoes,salt ,sugar,pepper and tomato puree. Let everything cook very well. Add little water and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the basil leaves and spaghetti. Give it a good toss.
