Ingredients- 1 cup chana dal 1 onion 1 tomato 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp oil 1/2 inch ginger 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 green chilli 2 pods cloves 2 cinnamon sticks Few bay leaves Few coriander leaves Salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon sticks and bay leaves. Add the onions,ginger,red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add the chana dal and mix well. Add salt,lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
