This is Maryam. This is Mountain Pose.

You're going to start standing with your feet just about hip width apart. You're going to take your hands together in Anjali Mudra, right at your heart center. As you inhale open the arms and extend the arms all the way up towards the sky. As you exhale bringing the hands back down to your heart center.

Slowly forward fold reaching for those toes. Taking a deep breath in. As you exhale soften the knees and slowly roll yourself up. Inhaling taking the arms all the way up and exhale back down to your heart center.
