This is Maryam and this is Baddha Konasana, Bound Angle Pose.

You're going to start sitting on your sit bones, sitting nice and tall with the shoulders down. You'll bring the soles of your feet together, allowing the knees to butterfly apart, Go ahead tuck the ankles in towards your hips. Interlacing the fingers, just cradle your feet into your hands and straighten through the back, opening the chest.

You can hold for three breaths. Inhaling through the nose, making sure to keep the shoulders down and the chest open. Exhale through the nose. On your last breath release the feet and come back to starting position.
