Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm here at Apex Wellness gym, and I'm going to demo for you Tricep Dips with a Yoga Ball. So for this exercise you'll need a bench or a chair, and a Yoga ball. Go ahead and sit on the bench and put your feet on the Yoga ball. Then you're going to shift your weight on to your hands by moving your butt off the chair. Then you're going to bend your elbows down and back up. This is really great for toning your Triceps. Also engage your abs for balance. Do this 10 times for 3 sets.
