Hi guys, my name is Jasmine Parr from Austin Fit and Fearless, and today I'm going to be showing you guys how to develop the lower body. So first thing we're going to do is start with the Air Squat or the body weight squat. Now we want to make sure we have a good foundation which is our feet. Our feet are going to be about a short hip width apart, even a little bit further out sometimes. Make sure our toes are pointed out, and we want to make sure we have alignment tracking. So our knees are going to go tuck over our toes as we descend down into our squat. Ok, so the first movement is we're going to put our butt back, reach our butt back like we're sitting in a seat, and we're going to go down with the movement. When I come up, I really want to focus on driving up through our heels and exploding up through our heels, and Breathing out. And that's how you do the Air Squat.
