Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi spoke Thursday to Libyan state TV, addressing the elders of Az-Zawiyah, a town west of the capital Tripoli, where he said a drug-crazed mob of youths spurred on by Al-Qaeda had killed four policemen. He urged the elders to bring their children under control. Images show TV presenter, not Kadhafi, who is speaking by telephone from an unspecified location.Duration: 01:12
