Thank you Mother Nature! She held us back for two attempts and finally gave us some contestable surf this past weekend in the wonderful town of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. We awoke to overcast conditions, but as the morning progressed the sun broke through the clouds and lit up the 2-3 ft clean peaks. The kids signed up early and we got under way.
