Street Wize Foundation's "Safe in the Streetz" program mobile unit was on hand to help promote National Black HIV Awareness Day in Washington DC at the ARC theater in SE. The Center for Minority Studies sponsored this event where youth were able to get tested and educated about HIV. DC department of Health's new Director Dr. Mohammad Akhter and Dr. Greg Pappas Director of HASTA were on location to support the event and talk to local youth.
