Supporters of Sri Lanka's main opposition party are protesting on the streets of Colombo.
It's been one year since their leader, General Sarath Fonseka, was jailed.
Fonseka crushed the Tamil Tiger rebels in 2009 with President Mahinda Rajapakse. Soon after, Fosenka ran for president against Rajapakse and lost. He was later found guilty of misappropriating funds by a military tribunal.
He was arrested and court-martialed for irregularities while army chief.
He was sentenced to 30 months of hard labor, which he is currently serving out.
