Ingredients:
250 gm potatoes
Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp asafetida
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add asafetida and potatoes and fry.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Add kasuri methi.
Let it cook for 7 minutes.
