THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL!! Summary: It was easy. Review: eMortgageShop.com have been excellent. They contacted me a little while ago about refinancing and I basically declined because because they could not offer all that I needed. However, they called again and we were able to go though with the refinance. They walked me through everything and they checked in regularly to make sure I was satisfied.
