Next week sees the first anniversary of the devastating Haitian earthquake that left over 200,000 dead and the country in ruins. Many know the grim statistics behind the tragedy and the fact that food, running water and healthcare are still one year on in short supply. But one often overlooked fact is security and the rule of law. This power vacuum means women are raped with impunity and crime is rampant, the gangs once under control in Haiti are making a comeback. Correspondent Nathan King reports on one case from Haiti that shows the fear on streets that permeates everyday life.
