Today on the menu, we're going to make a Hawaiian-style burger. Along with that, we're going to have a side of coleslaw. So, I'm excited, and let's get ready to jump in this. Now, I'm going to show you the ingredients I'm going to use today. First, I have some cabbage, some carrots, green leaf lettuce, Vegenaise, or any type of vegan mayonnaise is fine. I'm going to use some vegan butter. I have a little bit of salt, brown sugar, pineapple slices. I'm going to use some white vinegar, lemon, some apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, and of course the star of today's show, the Boca Burger.
