Ivory Coast strongman Laurent Gbagbo has agreed to talks without preconditions to resolve the crisis gripping his country and to lift a siege on his rival's headquarters, mediators said on Tuesday. Three west African presidents and Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga spent Monday shuttling between Gbagbo and rival Alassane Ouattara, locked in a deadly stand-off since a disputed November 28 presidential run-off.
