Comedian James Corden proposed to his girlfriend Julia Carey on Christmas Day and she accepted.
Corden reportedly hid the ring at the bottom of her Christmas stocking after asking her father for her hand in marriage.
The pair are now enjoying a luxury holiday in the Maldives.
The couple have been dating for just over a year and are expecting their first child together.
It is believed that they will have a winter wedding in 2011 with friends and family.
