The ceremony took place at her father Lionel's Beverley Hills home and the nuptuals were performed by Rev Run from RUN DMC.
The bride reportedly looked stunning in a unique $20,000 Marchesa dress.
The celebrity guest list included Gwen Stefani, Kim Kardashian and Sam Ronson.
The notable absentee though was Ritchie's former best friend, Paris Hilton.
Apparently not invited, the hotelier heiress has fallen in and out of favour with her Simple Life co-star over the last decade.
