The Weasley twins from Harry Potter have swapped Quidditch for running as they took part in the Thames Hospicecare Santa Dash.
James and Oliver Phelps, famed for playing Fred and George Weasley in the series of Harry Potter films, set off with 675 runners in Swinley Forest - where scenes for all the Harry Potter films, including the recently released Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows were filmed.
Hanging up their capes in favour of a Santa suit, the twins said they were delighted to have started the Hospice's popular annual event:
Thames Hospicecare provides a palliative care service to local people dealing with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for their families and carers.
