After weeks of speculation, Pink has confirmed she is pregnant.
The 31-year-old singer announced the news during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in the US saying: "I'm eating for two these days."
When Ellen asked why she had waited to confirm the rumours, Pink said: "I didn't want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before."
She went on to say: "I worked for it. ... It was not an 'oops.'"
This is the first child for Pink and her motocross-racing husband Carey Hart.
Since announcing her pregnancy on Twitter, Pink has since tweeted: "My wish for this pregnancy, besides a healthy happy baby, is for the paparazzi to LEAVE US ALONE and let me gain my weight in PEACE. "
