Answering a question from a Irish Times journalist at today's Brussels press conference following the meeting of EU finance ministers, Belgian Finance Minister Didier Reynders and EU Commissioner Olli Rehn said they believe that it's not possible for the European Central Bank to continue to provide liquidity to Ireland Distributed by Tubemogul.
