Roma coach Claudio Ranieri says his team will build on the derby win and climb up the table with a win over Fiorentina.
The Giallorossi have endured a dismal start to the season but beat city rivals Lazio 2-0 last Sunday - their first league triumph on the road this campaign.
That takes their grand total of wins to four, giving them 15 points and leaving them in seventh place.
Ranieri hopes Sunday's success will serve as a pivotal moment in the campaign.
"We are overcoming a difficult time," said Ranieri. "We had problems at the start of the season but we are going in the right direction.
"I'm very happy for all the Roman fans that have stood by us in difficult times.
"Against Lazio, we played with intelligence and the team is improving.
"Now we must beat Fiorentina to make it three wins in a row."
