Lady Gaga gets eight Madame Tussauds waxworks

Lady Gaga is to be immmortalised in wax at Madame Tussauds, not once but eight times.


The singer will be unveiled in London, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Amsterdam, Shanghai and Hong Kong on December 9.


Each model will wear a different design from Lady Gaga's unique and bizzare wardrobe including Lady in Lace (The Brit Awards 2010), Telephone (Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, March 2010) amd Kinky Boots (Hakkasan restaurant, London.)


The models have taken four months to complete and reportedly cost $2.4 million dollars (about £1.5million.)


A spokesperson from Madame Tussauds said:


"As one of the biggest and most unique talents in the world, Lady Gaga is the perfect subject for the biggest figure launch in Madame Tussauds' history.


"All of the styles being worked on are classic Gaga and we're sure her fans will be delighted with the unique looks when we unveil the figures next month."
