VAULT is a documentary filmmaking project, giving young people from across the five London 2012 host boroughs the opportunity to produce a series of short films that explore the Olympics and what it takes to be an Olympian. Running Thoughts - Meet John Parlett the 800m runner from the 1948 Olympics and aspiring 2012 sprinter Rikki Fifton as they discuss the pressures of competing on a world stage. John says that he never felt any pressure leading up to the 1948 Olympics as he had already served in the Royal Air Force, Rikki on the other hand is keen that his training isn't in vain. They focus on the motivations and ideals behind competing then and now. For more information see http://www.thevaultproject.com
