cPanel back-up process:
1. In order to backup your website (as an example greenlawns.com) first and foremost proceed to your URL cPanel (e.g. greenlawns.com:2082 or greenlawns.com/cpanel) and enter in your log in data.
2. Now just click the Backup icon. This will show the backup page. Use the Home Directory link so that you can save the home directory backup with email messages and web site files.
3. Subsequently click on the link displayed to get your databases, email filters and email aliases.
For optimum security it is recommended to backup at least once every two weeks for directories and once for each day for database and e-mails.
