GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE At Grapevine Chysler Jeep Dodge the parts had to be ordered to complete the repair. Parts arrived sooner than promised and repairs were completed. Great Service Experience.
AND HELPFUL!! Service dept was excellent. I needed a new tranny put in and I had my truck back within a week. Everything was covered under warranty. Harves (sp?) is awesome, you should talk to him. He's very friendly (even towards an unaccompanied female!) and helpful! I live south of Dallas and drove to Grapevine Dodge for the repairs. I knew the reputations of other Dodge dealerships in the area. I have always had wonderful service anywhere I have gone in Grapevine and this was no exception.
