Simon Cowell is apparently considering legal action after a website posted a list of the twelve X Factor finalists before it was officially revealed on ITV1.
According to reports, he is furious that the information has been leaked ahead of the judges houses' episodes.
Simon and X Factor producers go to serious lengths to try and keep the outcome of each show a secret, in order to not ruin the surprise for fans of the reality show.
Meanwhile, Louis Walsh has been giving away more information than Simon would probably like.
Speaking at the launch of Cheryl Cole's jewellery collection for de Grisogono in London, the Irish judge said:
"Simon's boyband could surprise everybody. I put them together with him, but he's going to claim it anyway. Mary's definitely my strongest. Storm may surprise everybody. He's got a new look."
