smart-studio.tv hit the streets of London recently with singer-songwriter K Anderson. Dressed in a wolf costume, K and the smart.studio crew toured the many attractions of the capital including the Ritz Hotel and Hyde Park Corner, as well as visiting the more hidden sites such as the Village Underground. The musician, who describes his sound as 'lesbian music by a boy', sites the Brill Building sounds of the 60's as his main influence.
Now don't worry if you're wondering why the wolf costume -- we were too! But it all became clear as K explained the theme of his new album on living life in London. In particular he found a kinship with an unlikely Londoner: "The imagery to accompany my new album revolves around the urban fox and how they are part of London life, but still separate - almost in their own world, running parallel to the humans that inhabit this land."
