If you need an idea of how to celebrate getting to the grand old age of 90, one woman has an idea.
Joan Harding celebrated reaching the milestone with a major adrenalin rush.
She teamed up with a local skydiving team in Honiton, near Exeter on Thursday.
"I imagine it's going to be a swish of air to begin with, and then that lovely feeling of floating. The sort of feeling you dream about. You know, floating down to earth," Harding said.
With her Red Devil skydiving gear on, plus massive amounts of guts and courage, and a little bit of help getting on the plane, Harding was floating up in the air in no time, strapped to another skydiver.
"Well I was sitting on his lap most of the time. The first bit out of the plane was a bit suprising, it took my breath away, but after that it was just smashing. I just floated, and went round and round with my co-pilot at the back there," a jubilant Harding said after her flight.
Harding's flight was also part of the celebration of the Royal British Legions 90th anniversary
