How to do the Assisted Triceps Stretch: Stand with your hand behind your neck and your elbow pointing upwards. Then use your other hand (or a rope or towel) to pull your elbow down. Don't perform this stretch for an extended period of time as circulation is restricted in the shoulder during this stretch. Hold the stretch position for a minimum of 20 seconds and then repeat with the opposite arm.
