How to do the Rotating Neck Stretch: Stand upright while keeping your shoulders still and your head up. Slowly rotate your chin towards your shoulder. Keep your head up. Don't let your chin fall towards your shoulders. Hold the stretch position for a minimum of 20 seconds and then repeat on the opposite side.
