The incident happened last month in Minneapolis as Trooper Jonathan Ferris made a traffic stop. As Ferris approaches the car a passing motorist, who lost control of her car, suddenly hits him. Trooper Ferris suffered a broken arm and concussion in the incident. He is the six Minnesota State Trooper to be struck in the last four weeks.
