I chose luxury hotels as my niche market because I had a lot of friends in my own personal network that were constantly going to places like New York, Las Vegas and Miami, and it just made sense for me to put myself in front of them each and every time they wanted to travel somewhere. Traveling is something they were going to do it with or without me, so I thought it might as well have been with me.
