Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick has revealed that Cheryl Cole is his "ideal" woman and he wants to take her out.
"There's something about her soft Geordie accent that just does it for me," the British actor said.
Westwick, 23, is not confident he could succeed with the Geordie singer though. Speaking at the GQ Awards he added, "She's way out of my league right?"
When quizzed on his singleton status however, Westwick was uncharacteristically tongue tied and asked for another question.
Westwick is set to star in a short film titled The Commuter, which will be shot entirely on a mobile phone. He will be joined in the movie by Baywatch star Pamela Anderson.
