Lily Allen, Mark Ronson and Prime Minister David Cameron were among the guests at The GQ Men Of The Year Awards.
Pregnant singer Lily presented Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick with the breakthrough talent prize. Other winners included James Corden, Alice Cooper and Ray Davies.
PM David Cameron took the politician award. He made light of the recent headlines involving England footballer Wayne Rooney as he collected the honour.
He said: "Wayne Rooney has scored. This time it was on the pitch, in the opponent's goal, actually playing for his country."
Tracey Emin also managed to steal the show. She took to the stage dressed as The Stig to present Doctor Who's Matt Smith with his award for GQ actor of the year.
