Cheryl and Ashley Cole are officially divorced.
Neither attended the hearing as their four year marriage was formally ended at London's High Court on Friday morning.
The X Factor judge wed the England footballer in July 2006 in Hertfordshire, but announced they were splitting up in February this year.
The news came after continued press speculation about Ashley's rumoured infidelity. Cheryl, 27, filed divorce papers citing is "unreasonable behaviour".
It is thought they will split their property assets 50-50, with the singer getting custody of their dogs.
