Incline Bench Pulldowns for Posture and Upper Back Training

http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this exercise uses light weight and goes for FEEL. You'll set an incline bench under a high pulley, using a wide pulldown bar. Grab the bar, lay back on the bench with only your butt and the back of your head on the bench, NOT your back. As you pull down, puff your chest out to meet the bar, hold at the bottom and consciously squeeze your shoulder blades behind your back. This hits the small upper back muscles that help with shoulder alignment.
