Sunny Side of the Street - Bunny Low, Judy Blair & Coco ...

2010-08-24 1

Things just HAPPEN at the Cahors folk-club ! Normally there's no piano. It's rare that a player of Judy Blair's calibre is in the audience, and willing to come up on stage to share her talent. But in June 2010, things just came together, and Michel 'Coco' Correch (double-bass) was happily recruited to accompany Georgann 'Bunny' Low (vocal) in this spirited and completely impromptu performance of this immortal jazz classic. Here are the words, which are copyright Dorothy Fields & Jimmy McHugh: G7 C C/B Bm7-5 E7 Grab your coat and get your hat, F Bm7-5 Bb9 Leave your worries on the door - step; Am Am+7 D9 D7 Just direct your feet F G7 C To the sunny side of the street.
