Flash floods have hit the city of Barranquilla in Northern Colombia where an amateur cameraman captured the rescue of two girls from a taxi stranded by fast flowing waters.
A young man called Gian Carlos Gonzalez managed to wade through the flowing flood waters and carry the passengers to safety.
The amateur video shows the taxi being whisked away by the waters shortly after the girls were rescued and as the driver was leaving the vehicle.
