I called on the phone to inquire about the advertisement I saw on the television. I set up an appointment with the auto sales person. When I got to Vandergriff Toyota I was greeted with a smile. I was able to find exactly the car I wanted with all the features I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy and was treated with the utmost respect. He pointed out features but didn't ask any questions during the drive. There was never any pressure to buy, but when we indicated we were interested, K.C. went right to work taking required information and negotiating our trade-in value. The financial representative was quick and thorough and took "no" for an answer the first time if he suggested a service we didn't want.
